About Ana

Certified Canadian Counsellor| Psychotherapist

Hi there, I’m Ana, a Canadian Certified Counsellor on the pathway to becoming a Provisionally Registered Psychologist in Alberta.

Prior to my studies in psychology, I completed an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) in International and European Law. While I loved learning about the law, I knew my true calling was working directly with people, side-by-side with them on their journeys to improved well-being and greater self-understanding.

Since being in the mental health field, I have worked with kids and adults ages 3 to 60+ with a variety of mental health concerns and conditions. I have worked in preschools, K-12 schools, private counselling clinics, as well as on the beautiful Stoney-Nakoda reservation of Eden Valley, Alberta. All of enriching roles have taught me more about myself and the diverse needs and experiences of other people.

I am a life-long learner, deeply committed to finding news ways to improve my craft and be of greater service to my clients and community.
