About Ana

Certified Canadian Counsellor| Psychotherapist

Hi there, I’m Ana, a Canadian Certified Counsellor on the pathway to becoming a Provisionally Registered Psychologist in Alberta.

Prior to my studies in psychology, I completed an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) in International and European Law. I loved learning about the law, and it made me a much more analytical thinker. However, I knew my true calling was working directly with people, making a difference on a person-to-person level.

I long to help others achieve greater wellness on a whole-body level - brain to belly, mental to physical. The body and brain cannot be separated; the health of one is always affecting the health of the other. This is what I aim to help clients understand. Luckily, we have myriad ways to positively influence our mental and physical well-being, from nutrition, meditation, exercise, stress-reduction, healthy relationships, meaning and purpose, healthy thinking patterns, etc. I am here to help you work out your unique puzzle for increasing your happiness and well-being.
